02 The Exhibition Became Far More Popular Than Expected Local television stations in Tajikistan came specifically to report on the TASSO WHITE booth. Susan was also invited to speak and introduce the stone’s origin and craftsmanship.
"Many people came just to take photos,” Susan said. The booth remained crowded throughout the exhibition. Even exhibitors from other industries came over.
“Food industry exhibitors even asked if they could become our agent,” she said with a smile. “I told them we are in building materials. But they said, ‘It doesn’t matter, as long as you are here, we trust you.’”
This trust went beyond industry boundaries and language barriers.
03 The Story Behind the Exhibition For Susan, the meaning of this exhibition went far beyond branding or exposure.
She once wrote:“I feel a quiet sense of pride inside me. It feels like I adopted a child. Now that this child has grown up, I want to bring him back to his hometown.”
TASSO WHITE marble began its journey from Vanj, Tajikistan. From 2019 to 2026, it was shown in nearly ten international exhibitions before returning home for the first time. This was not a business-driven decision. It was driven by belief and long-term commitment.
“There are very few projects in Tajikistan that can truly appreciate or afford this stone,” Susan said. “Even so, I still wanted to bring it back.”
She hopes Tajik people can have something they are proud of.
The attention from the Minister, media coverage, and continuous visitor flow all indicate one thing: Tajikistan is re-evaluating the value of its stone industry.
PFM is one of the companies helping drive this transformation.
This exhibition may not immediately bring large orders. But it achieved something deeper: letting people see that their own stone can become a global brand.
Tajikistan is where TASSO WHITE began. And no matter how far it goes, it will always return.
